O.k, so maybe your plan to incorporate more exercise into your life didn't happen
January 1st...and then each day after.

so why not try again to just fit in a bit of
movement, stretching, and exercise into your routine?
Like maybe..
...just park the car a bit further away from the store to get a few more steps in
when you are out shopping?
...or take the stairs instead of the elevator?
...or take a break from the computer and walk up and down the flights of stairs
in your home a few times?
...or walk around the block...just once this week?
OR....
whatever YOUR BODY will allow you to do as per your abilities...
...the options are endless!
Let's just get moving and change the way we view exercise.
