Did You Know?
Your New Leaf (YNL) is based on the premise of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.* Each leaf, the roots, and the circle represent one of the dimensions of a person’s life and wellness.
YNL participants are encouraged to “turn over their new leaf”:
What leaf or dimension do YOU want to work on? What goal are YOU setting? What challenges are YOU facing?
Once one dimension has been addressed, the other ‘leaves’ can be evaluated to ensure success in all areas of a person’s life.
Your New Leaf aims to help participants achieve their goals through a variety of services:
one-to-one coaching, small group and corporate workshops, school and community presentations, life skills workbooks, networking events, resources, and so much more!
